Enter Pack Size Charge Price List Header

Explanation

This activity is used to enter pack size charge price lists. 

Prerequisites

This activity has the following prerequisites:

• The site, the pack size charge, that the price list is valid for, should have been defined and be connected to the user.
• The charge type, that is to be connected to the pack size charge list, should have been created, with charge category as pack size which will cause the Unit Charge check box to be selected automatically.

System Effects

• As a result of this activity, a pack size charge price list header will be created having Planned status.
• If the company tax regime is VAT, the price and tax calculations are controlled by the setting on the Use Price Incl Tax check box. The default setting of the check box is retrieved from the site connected to the pack size charge price list header.

Procedure

1. Open the Pack Size Charge Price List window and click New.
2. Enter a charge list number for the new price list and then enter an appropriate description for it.
3. Enter a site to indicate site the price list will be valid for.
4. Enter the period the price list will be valid for in the Valid From and Valid To fields.
5. Enter the charge type for the price list manually or select from the List of Values.
6. Save when completed.
