Enter Price Break Template
Explanation
This activity can be used to define a price break
template. Price break templates are used to group parts with the same
characteristics regarding price depending on the ordered quantity.
There are two types of templates, one for sales prices and
one for rental prices. For template type for sales price you define quantities with a percentage offset
from the base price of the sales part. For template type rental price also the
rental duration is defined for the percentage offset. If the use of price break templates is
enabled on sales price lists, quantities, rental durations and base prices are
applied according to the price break template. If the use of price break
templates is enabled on customer agreements quantities and base prices are
applied according to the price break template.
The description can be translated into several
languages using the translation functionality. If a translation
exists, the description will be shown in the application in the user session
language. On external reports, the description will be printed in the language
specified by the customer, provided that the translation exists.
