Update Part Based Customer Agreement
Explanation
Use this activity to update part based customer agreements from base prices. 
There are three options for updating customer agreements;
	- Update price lists based on costing pricing.
	
- Update price lists based on manual pricing. 
	
- Update price lists based on costing and manual 
	pricing. 
It is also possible to specify the customer agreements 
to be updated. This can be done by entering agreement ID, sales part and/or base 
price site.
Prerequisites
	- Base prices in the Active 
	status must have been entered in the 
	Sales Part Base Prices window. 
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
	- All prices on the part based customer agreement
	lines meeting the specified 
	criteria for the pricing option, agreement ID, sales part and/or base 
	price site are updated with the new base prices
	having the Active status. 
	The modification of prices takes place from the specified Valid From date 
	onwards.
- If the use of price break templates 
	is enabled on the price list and base price is connected to a price break template, the 
	price break template is considered when lines are updated.

Procedure
	- Open the Update Sales Price from Base Prices 
	dialog box. Alternatively, you can open the Sales Part Base Price 
	window, right-click and then click Update Customer Agreements from Base 
	Prices. 
- In the Update Customer Agreements from Base 
	Price dialog box that opens, select the pricing option of the 
	customer agreements you wish to update. 
- Enter a valid start date for the Valid From 
	to indicate when the new prices will become valid. 
- Choose if the job will be run online or as a 
	batch job by selecting either the Online or the Background Job 
	option. 
- Optionally enter values for agreement ID, sales 
	part and and/or base price site. 
- Click OK.
