Connect Customer Agreement to Site
Explanation
This activity is used to specify the sites the customer agreement 
is 
valid for. However you are only able to connect the user-allowed sites belonging to the same 
company. The sites can be specified manually or added from a site cluster.
Prerequisites
This activity has the following prerequisites;
	- A customer agreement header should have been saved.
- Required sites or the site cluster should have been saved.
- The user entering the information must have access to all the sites to 
	be added.  This is done in the Sites per User tab.
- Entered sites must belong to the company of the customer 
	agreement.
System Effects
This activity has the following system effects;
	- The customer agreement will be valid for all the sites 
	entered.

Procedure
	- Open the 
	Customer Agreement window and query for the 
	required agreement and click the Valid for Sites tab.
To enter valid sites manually:
	- Click New and enter the site manually or select from the 
	List of 
	Values. 
- Save when all required sites have been entered.
To enter sites from a site cluster:
	- Right-click on the Valid for Sites tab, select Add 
	Sites from Sites Cluster and the Add Sites from the Site Cluster 
	dialog box will open. 
- Enter the appropriate site cluster. 
- Enter a site cluster node or a site from the List of 
	Values. The 
	corresponding level will be displayed in the Site Cluster Level Name. 
	By selecting a cluster node you can add all the sites in the levels below 
	the selected node's level.
- Click OK.
