Find Document Connected to Document Folder
Explanation
Use this activity to locate document(s) connected to a document folder.
Prerequisites
  - The document folder exists
- The document is connected to the document folder. 
- If viewing documents in the Business Object Explorer, a 
	Document Folder Tree View needs to be configured so as to display the 
	document folder for which you want to view connected documents.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, you have located a document connected to a
document folder.

Procedure
Using the Business Object Explorer:
	- Expand the Business Object Explorer folder in the IFS 
	Navigator.
- Expand the Explore Documents folder. 
- Expand your tree view for Document Folder(s). 
- Expand a folder containing documents. The connected documents will be 
	displayed in the IFS Navigator. Selecting a connected document in the 
	navigator will open a window containing information on the document. Alternatively, 
	right click on a folder and click Document References to view the 
	connected documents.  
	
Using Attachments/Documents:
  - Open the 
	Document Folders window. 
- Query for the document folder. 
- Select the document folder and click Attachments in the 
	context pane. 
- Click Documents. All documents that are
    connected to the document folder will be displayed. 
- Select the necessary document(s) and click the Document Revision right
    mouse button option. 
Using the Documents tab on the  Document Folder Navigator
page (web-only):
	- Open the Document Folder 
Navigator page and query for a document folder.
- Expand and collapse folders in the the graphical document folder 
	structure to view the connected documents. Alternatively click the 
	Documents 
	tab to view the connected documents.
