Enter Special Agreements
Explanation
Use this activity to enter customer agreements that will 
be used explicitly by the service contract. 
Prerequisites
Customer agreements should be defined in IFS/Customer 
Order.
System Effects
As a result of this activity customer agreements will
be connected to the service contract and will be used explicitly where
applicable.

Procedure
	- Open the 
	Service Contract window and 
	query for a record (F3).
- Click the  Price Agreement/Special Agreements tab 
	and create a new record (F5).
- Enter the identity of the customer agreement that 
	should be used explicitly by the service contract. Use the List of Values to 
	select a suitable value. 
- If you cannot find a suitable customer order, 
	right-click and then click Create New Customer Agreement for Explicit Use. 
	Create a new customer agreement in the window that appears. 
- Save the information (F12).
