Look Up Sales Part Price
Explanation
Use this activity to view sales parts independent of
where they are defined in order to get an overview of the prices agreed.
Prerequisites
The sales part must be connected to one or more of the following:
- A customer agreement (IFS/Customer Agreement) connected to the primary
customer of the service contract.
- A sales price list (IFS/Pricing) for the primary customer of the service
contract.
- The same site as the service contract.
System Effects
As a result of this activity the prices of the sales
part and where it is used will be displayed.

Procedure
- Open the
Service Contract window and
query for a record (F3).
- Click the
Price Agreement/Sales Part Price
tab.
- Enter the sales part number you wish to query and
the date for which you want to view the prices in the Sales Part No and
Date fields respectively. Use the List of Values where applicable.
- Click Search.
