Create Rejection Reason
Explanation
This activity is used to create rejection reasons to be used when rejecting 
service quotations. For rejection reasons that are to be used to reject 
maintenance tasks, the cancel cause must exist on the rejection reason. 
Prerequisites
To enter cancel task causes, they must be defined in the 
Task Basic 
Data window. 
System Effects
	- Rejection reasons can be selected when rejecting a 
service quotation. 
- The cancel cause will 
	be used when canceling the task on the corresponding maintenance order.

Procedure
	- Open the Service Quotation Basic Data window.
- In the Reject Reason tab, create a new record.
- Enter values in the Reject Reason ID and Description 
	fields.
- Optionally, enter a value in the Cancel Task Cause field. Use the 
	List of Values to select a suitable value. 
- Save the record. (F12).
- Optionally, right-click and click Set as Default Rejection Reason.
