Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to show you how to enter information for a planner.

Windows:
Inventory Basic Data/Planner

Enter Part Status

1. Create a new record (F5).
2. Select a person using the List of Values. The name of the person appears automatically. 
3. Optionally, enter a title and extension.
4. Optionally, select the Blocked for Use check box to block the planner from further use.

Note: If you block a planner that is specified as the default value in the Sites per User  window, a dialog box appears when you select the Blocked for Use check box. Specify a different planner to update the default planner ID for all users whose current default value is the one you blocked.

5. Save your changes (F12).
