Connect Route Work Order to Project Activity
Explanation
This activity is used to connect a route work order to an existing project activity. You
will only be able to connect route work orders that do not contain any
cost transactions, such as material, tools and facilities, operations, and so
on.
Prerequisites
  - 
    IFS/Project must have been installed along with IFS/Work Order Management.
- All the necessary basic data required for a route work order must be performed
    in order for the Connect To Activity right mouse button option to be
    enabled (right-click and point to Project Connections). 
System Effects
	- As a result of this activity, the route work order will be connected to the
specified project activity as a manually connected object. Right-click and click
	Project Activity Info to view a summary of the project activity.
- The work order will also be updated with
the project's pre-posting when the project has been approved, and it will appear as a connection
on the 
	Project
Navigator/Connections  tab in IFS/Project

Procedure
  - Open the Report In Route window and click the 
	General
    tab.
- Query for a route work order (F3).
- Right-click anywhere on the window, point to Project Connections
    and click Connect To Activity. The 
	Connect to Activity
    dialog box appears.
- 
  Enter the Program ID, Project ID, Sub Project ID and the
  relevant Activity Sequence. Click the List button to select appropriate
  values.
- Click OK. If the route work order is successfully connected to a project
    activity, the Project Connected check box on the 
	General
    tab will be selected.
