Explanation

add time minutes, lack of coverage and do on location incentive for locations
associated with this location type. Location types are connected to the

provide the location with information. That is, if no
location specific data has been entered for a location, the location will
inherit the values for add time minutes, lack of coverage and do on location incentive from the
location type. For more information refer to the activity Define

Procedure
	- Open the Location Basic Data window.

- Click the Location Type tab
	and create a new record
	(F5).
- In the Location Type field, enter the ID of the location type.
- In the Description field, enter a
	description of the location
	type.
- In the Add Time Minutes field, enter the amount of time in minutes to be
added to the travel of an work order at the location with this location
type. Entering a value in this field is optional.
- In the Lack Of Coverage field, use the drop down to define
whether this location type has lack of coverage. Lack of coverage informs
about bad connectivity at locations associated with this location type. The
lack of coverage parameter informs the scheduling despatch service to try to
send work to the technician before reaching the location with bad
connectivity. Entering a value in this field is optional.
- In the Do On Location Incentive field, enter a value of either -1
or anything between 1 and 2. Entering a negative means that there is a
hard constraint to prioritize all work orders at the location associated with
this location type whilst visiting the location for another work order.
Entering a positive value between 1 and 2 will give a positive incentive to
prioritize work orders at the location associated with this location type
whilst visiting the location for another work order. Entering a value in
	this field is optional.
- Save the information (F12).
