Exclude Work Orders from Scheduling
Explanation
This activity is used to define if a work order should be scheduled using the
Dynamic Scheduling Engine (DSE). The purpose is to prevent the system from sending work
orders unnecessarily to Mobile Workforce Management thereby reducing the load on
the DSE server.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, a work order must exist.
System Effects
	- The work order will be excluded from scheduling using the DSE, i.e., the work order will not be included in the LOAD/CHANGE task.
As a result the work order will not receive any allocations or potential
	start and finish dates.
- The Appointment Booking right mouse button option will also be disabled
thereby preventing the user from requesting appointment offers for the work
order using the Appointment Booking Engine(ABE).

Procedure
	- Open the Prepare Work Order window.
- Populate (F2) or query (F3) for the required work
	order.
- Click the Prepare tab.
- Select the Exclude from Scheduling checkbox and save.
- Send a LOAD/CHANGE task to the Mobile Workforce Management and open the Scheduling Workbench
client. Observe that the above work order is not listed under the
Scheduling Workbench/Activities tab. In addition the Appointment
Booking right mouse button option will also be disabled.
Note: All reopened work orders will have this checkbox selected by
default. The checkbox can be selected/unselected at
any point since the value will be considered every time a LOAD/CHANGE task is
sent.
