View and Correct Erroneous Transactions
Explanation
This activity is used to view and correct erroneous transactions that 
occurred whilst working on a mobile work order. The errors, for example missing 
basic data or incorrect data entry, are identified during the synchronization 
process from the mobile device back to the server. The following actions can be 
performed as part of the failure handling:
	- Make the necessary corrections, for example, enable the required sales 
	part for the user, and resend the transaction.
- Add the transaction to a filtered error list.  When this is done, 
	all future transactions with this type of error will be moved to an ignored 
	transaction list and will not be considered as an error.
- Delete the failed transaction record. Note: When deleting a 
	record from this window, it is recommended that you inform the relevant 
	mobile user to perform an initialization on the mobile device. This is in 
	order to avoid any discrepancy between the databases on the mobile device 
	and server.
Prerequisites
	- Data should be synchronized from the mobile device to the server and 
	erroneous transactions should exist.
- You should have the necessary rights to handle failed transactions.
System Effects
	- Once all necessary corrections are made, the corrected information will 
	be successfully transferred back to the user or the server.
- If the failed transaction is added to a filter, the related transactions 
	will be moved to an ignored transaction list and all transactions following 
	this can be processed.
- If the failed transaction is deleted, all transactions following the 
	failed transaction will be processed.

Procedure
	- Open the Failed Transactions window. All 
	failed transaction records are populated automatically.
- Select the relevant transaction and perform one of the following 
	actions. Note: You can view additional details on the failure by 
	right-clicking on the record and then clicking Show Details.
		- Resolve the cause of the failure, then right-click on the failed 
		transaction and click Resend.
- If this is a controlled failure, i.e., it is allowed to exist, 
		right-click and click Add to Filtered Errors.
- To delete a record, right-click and click Delete.
