Usage

Use this page to view a summary of the existing separate work orders. Work orders belonging to the customer or contractor of the logged in user will be displayed depending on the page from which it is accessed.

• To view work orders belonging to the customer, access this page through the Navigator or the Active Service Requests link on the Equipment Object Navigator page or the Work Order No link on the Job List portlet.
• To view work orders belonging to the contractor, access this page through the Active Work Orders link on the Equipment Object Navigator page and the Active WO link on the Activity tab of the Project Navigator page.
