Issue Project Item from Inventory
Explanation
Use this function to issue a quantity of a part from 
inventory. Issuing can be done either manually or automatically. It is possible 
to issue already reserved material and/or issue material directly from the 
location without having prior reservations.
When the Std Planned Item flag is checked and issuing is 
done manually, the Issue From Inventory dialog box will display only the 
standard inventory records that are available for issuing. However, if the flag 
is unchecked, the dialog box will display only the project inventory records 
which are available for issuing. Project inventory belonging to other projects 
will not be displayed.
 
Prerequisites
    - 
        The quantity of the part to be issued from inventory 
        should exist in an inventory location for the project site. 
    
- 
        The activity should be in status Released. 
    
- 
        The project item should be in status Designed.
        
- 
        If the part to be issued is project-specific, the Quantity 
        Received and Date Received should have been updated from the project 
        items' pegged order when it has been received into inventory. 
    
- 
        There should not be any Shop Order created for its 
        parent project item.
System Effects

  The material is issued. 
- 
  The Issued Quantity and Issued Date are updated for the 
  project item. 
- 
  Quantity on hand for the part is updated, i.e., the amount 
  of the part in inventory is reduced.

  - 
  Select the part to issue. 
- 
  Run the menu option Issue or 
  Issue manually. If issuing manually, the 
  Issue From Inventory dialog box will appear. In the dialog box, enter the quantity to issue from 
  the preferred inventory location(s) then press OK.
